INNOVATION CAMP

The JA-YE Europe Innovation Camp is a 24-hour intensive idea generating workshop where students gather in order to address a specific business challenge to come up with ideas which would solve the problem.

During the Innovation Camp, Nokia will challenge the students with a task in relation to Nokia’s activities. The students have to propose a solution within 24 hours, given access to tools, information and resources.
The team members may not know each other, will have to adapt to one another quickly and find out how to work together most efficiently. While applying the principle of "Learning by Doing", the students will be able to develop their interpersonal as well as problem-solving skills and learn to work under very tight deadlines.
